California Issues Flex Alert

CALIFORNIA STATE FLEX ALERT — Effective today, August 14, 2020 from 3 - 10 p.m. a statewide Flex Alert has been issued. Consumers are urged to voluntarily conserve electricity, especially during the late afternoon and early evening. When consumers reduce electricity use at critical times, it can prevent more dire emergency measures, including possible power outages once a week for one to two days.
